The design of the pen was created in a computer program, but for its implementation it was necessary not only modern tools, but also an acquaintance with the goldsmith's workshop. This was necessary, for example, for the manual forging of 248 zircons and the proper grinding and planting of 90 amber stones decorating the surface of the pen. The scale of the work will be better understood by the information that the only elements of the pen that were not designed and created in the studio are... a nib made of 18 carat gold and cartridges. Work on the pen cost half a year of work and a ton of commitment. It was worth it! Not only for the prize, but above all for a spectacular effect. The pen is not only a “jeweler's hat”, but also meets all the expectations placed on this type of stationery: it is ergonomic, therefore comfortable to use, elegant and - which is probably not insignificant in this case - eternal.
